Private Lending or SBA Express Lenders

Hello,

Seeking a private lender and/or SBA express lender for a capital stack. Looking to raise $1.4M total for a franchise that averages $2.5M in revenue. Ready to start construction in January and has full permitting, etc.

I would be more than happy to have a discussion with you. However, the SBA express program will not cover a cost of $1.4 million. You would need to look at a traditional SBA 7A loan. Happy to learn more about what you are doing and make some suggestions or see how we can help. We have done plenty of start-ups for franchises via SBA loans.
