We are seeking motivated interns to support our deal sourcing and evaluation efforts. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship through acquisition. Responsibilities • Identify and source potential acquisition targets through research and direct outreach • Research industries and niche markets to uncover attractive opportunities • Review small business financials including revenue, EBITDA, margins, and add-backs • Support outreach to business owners and maintain accurate records in our CRM • Collaborate directly with principals on active opportunities Requirements • Strong research and communication skills • Organized, self-directed, and able to work independently • Interest in private equity, M&A, or small business acquisitions What You Will Gain • Exposure to off-market deal sourcing strategies • Practical experience reviewing small business opportunities • Mentorship from principals actively acquiring and operating companies • Performance-based compensation in the form of a cash bonus if a deal you source closes Time Commitment 10 hours per week We believe strong performance should be rewarded.
