Wharton Capital Holdings LLC, a search fund featured in Bloomberg, The Real Deal, and NPR is recruiting interns to support deal sourcing and evaluation. The Principal, Angela Romero is Wharton Grad ’23, who received two fellowships, the Forté Fellowship awarded to the top women in business and the Perlman ETA fellowship awarded to the most promising ETA entrepreneurs. Angela started her career at Google and then was an early stage employee of two companies that IPO’ed at a 10B market cap. Assist in due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation, and preparing deal memos - Iteration on industry theses: Refine industry theses and generate new niches - Public relations/social media: We’ll connect with press outlets interested in ETA and will serve as a resource. We’ll draft update memos and hold investor calls.
