Company Introduction Triple Three Partners is a private Technology-focused Private Equity investment firm. Our investment activities focus on opportunity-driven, value-added acquisitions and development projects. Our focus on potential acquisition targets centers around IT companies. We invest in both mid-market commercial companies and federal/state contractors.

Job Description We require a Principal or Vice President level investment banker to join our Technology M&A team. Our practice is growing rapidly and has expanded across geographies. The team is diverse, and the work is fast-paced. We can offer an unparalleled environment for an ambitious investment banker to expand their deal experience and be at the front of new trends in the industry.

Under general direction with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to positively impact the investment team and the firm through the development of the team, managing Junior analysts, and executing deals for the firm.

Influences strategic direction, develops tactical plans, and completes complex assignments with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Extensive contact with Partners and Managing Partners is required to provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs.

Key Responsibilities • A key leader with Investor Committee participation and responsibilities. • Conduct due diligence investigations. • Assess risk and provide financial advice on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, or private equity transactions. • Complete reporting, create models and forecasts. • Underwrite, analyze and close finance deals. • Negotiate and structure financial details. • Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. • Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF. • Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. • Conduct preparation and review of materials used the investment thesis, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks. • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience • A verifiable solid track record as the lead on numerous deals. We are looking for a VP or Principal with lots of deals under their belt. • 10+ years of experience in a finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side • MBA or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision. • Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals. • Strong communication and networking skills. • Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events. • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and VBA. • Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes. • Strong financial modeling skills.
