Zeus is looking for invesment interns to assist with the following: • Financial analysis: Interns will participate in due diligence and financial analysis of potential targets. • Company valuation: Interns will assist in valuation of potential targets. • Investment thesis formation: Interns will identify and evaluate potential industries for investment in the context of Zeus’ key investment criteria. They will have the freedom to develop theses of their own with guidance from the fund. Interns will have the opportunity to present their investment theses and influence the direction of Zeus middle market strategy going forward. • Investment sourcing: Starting from investment theses that have already been identified, interns will identify potential acquisition targets, and evaluate them in the context of Zeus’ criteria. • Targeted outreach: Interns will assist in creating personalized outreach and make outreach to potential acquisition targets.
