Private Equity Intern (Technology Sector)

Aeight Group is a private investment partnership focused on the technology sector. We are seeking a highly motivated intern (unpaid program) to support the growth of our investment partnership through M&A and AI-enabled operational improvements of our portfolio companies. What You’ll Do: - Develop experience in financial and strategic analysis - Contribute to internal initiatives that drive operational improvements and scale - Support software businesses that are implementing AI-enabled strategies - Gain exposure to M&A sourcing and evaluation - Gain mentorship and advice from founders with Wall Street and Big Tech experience Who We’re Looking For: - A resourceful, intellectually curious, and hard-working student - Strong interest in finance, consulting, or AI - Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment This internship offers exposure to private equity-style investing and direct operating company experience.
