Private Equity Fall Analyst (Boston, MA)

You’ll get exposure to all parts of the deal cycle and walk away with some technical skills, market knowledge, understanding of the deal sourcing/closing process and more. This unpaid internship would suit someone looking to break in to Investment Banking or PE or someone with sales experience/aspirations. We have an extremely robust board of directors, including but not limited to: the former U.S. CEO of one of the largest private banks in the world(The firm is top 5 AUM of all firms in the world. If you are interested in banking then you know this firm.) and the former Chief Audit Executive of one of the largest Private equity firms in the world(Top 5 PE firms by AUM, and you know their name if you are interested in PE). You will have an opportunity during August to meet and ask questions to both of these individuals. We currently have 5 deals under LOI and are looking to close the first deal ASAP.
