Private Equity / ETA Internship for MBA Students

We are looking for an MBA intern to work across 2, bootstrapped, roll-up platforms we own and operate. The two platforms are a childcare platform, Early Bird Education Group, and a pet services platform, Wags n Whiskers. The role would be ~10 hours/week during the school year and full-time during the summer, and would pay $15/hour. We'd expect for this role to last a minimum of 2-semesters so that the intern has sufficient time to ramp. Early Bird Education group, a network of 51 early childhood education centers, was founded by 3 partners in 2021 who met in business school (HBS class of ’21) and in 2024 they founded Wags n Whiskers and brought on a 4th partner who leads the operations. We have had many former interns who have been able to leverage their experience to obtain full-time roles in PE, consulting, as well as starting their own ETA platforms.
