About Winterfell Investments
Winterfell Investments (“Winterfell ”) is a private equity fund, with the purpose of searching, acquiring, and operating a private business valued between $5 million and $25 million.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional intern to join us. Here is what we offer:

The Private Equity Analyst will develop skills relevant to a future career in entrepreneurship, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
Role Description
During your internship, you will be expected to work part-time (10 hours a week) and engage in the following activities:
• Researching and evaluating interesting industry niches and companies
• Develop lists of potential acquisition targets
• Outreach and scheduling efforts, along with potentially attending meetings with CEOs of target companies
• Deal due diligence
• Weekly team meetings
• Other special projects
You will learn how to critically evaluate industries and companies as potential acquisition targets, how to review CIMs and company-data, and more.
Requirements
• Strong interest in finance, private equity, entrepreneurship and/or management consulting
• Ability to work independently
• Enjoys the process of discovering and learning
• Preference for students currently enrolled in relevant undergraduate / graduate programs (strong preference for current JD/MBAs)
