Private Equity Analyst Intern (Winter/Spring) [Boston Area Only]

[Greater Boston Area Applicants ONLY] Outstand is a private equity holding company that acquires and operates great small businesses. As an Analyst intern, you will have hands-on participation in identifying new acquisition opportunities, analyzing companies, and building financial models. You will also learn how to evaluate high-quality industries and business models and how to run the process to successfully acquire a company. You will gain firsthand experience sourcing deal opportunities through business brokers and direct outreach. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills by managing relationships with business owners, bankers, and lenders. Upon Outstand’s acquisition of a business, you will assist our CEO in hands-on operations projects. You will report directly to Outstand’s founder/CEO, and receive mentorship and professional development. This position is ideal for undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in private equity, investment banking, or consulting. This is also an ideal opportunity for a student interested in entrepreneurship or becoming a CEO of a fast-growing enterprise.
