NWC blends the discipline of private equity with the entrepreneurial mindset of a founder-led search. Role Overview This internship offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an active acquisition search. As an Analyst Intern, you will help identify promising businesses, assess their viability, research industries, review financial statements, and assist in outreach efforts to owners and brokers. Interns routinely help identify target acquisitions through research and list building, review potential deals, and support due diligence. Because NWC is a lean operation, you will have room to take ownership, think independently, and directly influence how opportunities move through the pipeline.
