Private Equity Analyst Intern

DealMaven is hiring two part-time Private Equity analyst interns to start June 3rd, 2024. The internship will offer special, hands-on opportunities to engage at all stages of an entrepreneurial private equity deal process. If you’re an ambitious student or recent graduate who’s interested in identifying, researching, and analyzing lower mid-market businesses and industries, we should talk. This Internship program will take you through the entire deal process from initial research and sourcing to due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and acquisitions.
