Does anyone have a compiled list of private debt lenders that provide acquisition financing for LBOs / searches? 

Rough details of the Company are below. Feel free to PM with any recommendations or if you are interested in lending. 

1. Company is a technology business domiciled in Canada with a small, but growing US presence (3% of revenue today)   
2. Financial profile (CAD): $10M revenue; $2M EBITDA, growing 30% y/y 

Looking raise 3-5x+ EBITDA with flexible terms.
