Happy Holidays everyone! Does anyone have a recommendation for a private credit lender that can close on a $12M business acquisition in 30 days or less? Working with a client that is needing a quick close, non SBA. any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks and have a Happy Holidays!

We have hundreds of lower-middle-market private credit (non-SBA) lenders of varying types (SBICs, BDCs, Mezz Funds, Private Credit Funds, etc.) on our CapFlow platform that can move fast, however closing in 30 days is not likely. Feel free to contact me at redacted if you'd like to discuss.
