What is Searchfunder.com?

Private Credit recommendation

Happy Holidays everyone! Does anyone have a recommendation for a private credit lender that can close on a $12M business acquisition in 30 days or less? Working with a client that is needing a quick close, non SBA. any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks and have a Happy Holidays!

As a strategic business growth consultant and investing partner, I work with a handful of select family offices, private equity groups, and boutique banks that are open to providing debt/equity funding starting at a minimum of around USD 10M. That said, a true close in 30 days isn’t realistic with these groups – proper due diligence alone will push that timeline out.
