Pricing for Deal flow Tools

Hello Everyone, I am looking for some advice, mainly from pricing perspective, on a paid deal flow tool that we are exploring for scaling search in Europe / Nordics. This is a tool specific for company details & deep analysis - for companies based in Europe and Nordics, being offered to me for a *discounted* price of *USD 8000, per user, for 15 months subscription* *payments split twice in 15 months* *each additional user is USD 1000* . The pricing coverage is only 4 countries 'Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland'. The tool is quite renowned in Europe & Nordics and used by many searchers and PE firms. It has all necessary functions - except lacks contact details, which need to be acquired separately. PS: Can't name the tool as we are in pricing negotiation with them...
