Work ’N Gear is a legacy workwear retailer recently acquired out of bankruptcy and repositioned as a lean, six-store work wear business across the Northeast. We are seeking a high-potential, entrepreneurial CEO to lead the company’s day-to-day operations, growth strategy, and help us grow Work 'N Gear back into a nationally-scaled company long-term. This is a hands-on role for someone who is hungry, scrappy, commercially minded, and willing to work across every part of the business. The right candidate will: 1. Take full ownership of operating performance 2. Build a practical, high-impact growth strategy 3. Improve store execution, merchandising, and inventory productivity 4. Recruit, manage, and motivate a lean team 5. Move quickly, solve problems, and operate without a large corporate infrastructure This is an opportunity for an ambitious operator to step into a meaningful leadership role, take calculated risks, and build the next chapter of a well-known retail brand. Retail, consumer, e-commerce, or multi-unit operating experience is preferred. Ownership mentality is required.
