President - Home Services Contractor

Empowered Ventures (EV) is an employee-owned holding company based in Carmel, Indiana. EV is nearing the acquisition of a leading home services provider and contractor (the “Company”) located in Vermont. The prospective seller (Seller) seeks to transition the highly successful, multi-generational family-owned business to EV due to our employee ownership structure and long-term stewardship approach. Seller and EV are partnering in a search for an exceptional President to lead the Company and accomplish its full potential. As the President, you will be fully responsible to lead the day-to-day operations of the Company. You will start as COO and work directly with the Seller to learn the business and accomplish a leadership transition. After the transition, you will assume the President title and lead a dedicated team, oversee financial performance, drive customer satisfaction, and develop innovative strategies to expand the Company’s market presence and service offerings while directly reporting to the EV holding company. The ideal candidate will have previous success leading and growing a home services & contracting operation, excellent business, financial, and operational acumen, and be an inspiring and empowering leader and relationship builder.
