Presentation to invite investors to join searchfund model

I am currently working as Portfolio Manager for an investment group in Spain, but I want to present them the advantages of investing in search funds and not on the regular real estate they used to investing before, or the startups I currently manage.
would you be able to share any you may have? I strongly believe we should also put lots of efforts in increasing the number of powerful investors in our community.
