I'm curious to hear your predictions for business transactions in###-###-#### I'm most interested in durable goods businesses in particular. Will they increase over last year? Will multiples decrease for closed deals? What will be driving your prediction trends - cost of financing, economic ambiguity, etc.? Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts.

I expect that non-competition provisions will continue to narrow in scope. As the FTC considers banning certain non-competition provisions (whether they do or not, whether they have the jurisdiction to do so or not), I expect non-competition provisions to become more conservative as a market reaction to the pending review & decision (and ultimate litigation it will cause no matter what the decision is).
