I listed an IP asset sale on Searchfunder and wanted to put it in front of people who think in deal structure, not just tech. OpsHero is a custom AI automation platform I built solo on Google Cloud. Seventeen microservices, multi-agent orchestration, and an autonomous build engine that takes a spec through generation, testing, deployment, and verification inside a security harness with a human approval gate. Twelve working vertical products sit on top of it, including a buy-side M&A intelligence tool. One hundred ninety pre-built agent templates, so delivery starts from working code. The model being acquired: $5,000 to $25,000 deployment fee per engagement, then $500 to $5,000 a month recurring.
