Ducato Capital is a Search Fund created for the purpose of identifying, acquiring and managing a medium-sized private company with growth potential and solid operation in Brazil. ​Our main goal is to be able to expand the legacy of the original founders. Our partners, national and international investors, together with our leadership, will bring extensive experience in different sectors and industries, and resources to leverage the growth of the acquired company . We intend to target B2B industries with potential for value creation through digitization and will focus primarily on sectors such as Technology, Health, Education and Logistics Services, but yet open to evaluate deals in other sectors as well. www.ducatocapital.com _____ Job description: Active information search on markets, industries and companies Receipt and analysis of information sourced through partners, such as sellers, brokers and advisors Database update and management Support in the development of investment thesis Monitoring of operations and negotiations under the leadership of Ducato partners Evaluation of potential target companies to be acquired, industry & company score card / valuation Monitoring of documentation on operations Depending on the performance, you may be invited to participate as a listener in some of the meetings and negotiations with brokers, sellers and investors _____ Requirements: To be proactive and enjoy a work environment where responsibilities are shared among all team members! To be interested in the Search Fund/Private Equity market Prior experience in IB, M&A and Consulting are a plus To have good knowledge of Excel Fluent Portuguese and English (oral and written) is mandatory Strong adherence to the confidentiality required by operations Availability to work 40h weekly
