Pre-close leadership / org assessments - no charge, WIP.
Most deals in the $5M - $50M revenue range have the same open questions on people during diligence: what actually walks out the door when the founder steps back, whether anyone on the current team can carry the business to the growth target, and which gaps have to be addressed to execute the thesis, whether that's a sales team build, M&A, or a new capability.
I'm working on an assessment to give perspective on these questions for each deal. It's designed to be read in a few minutes and provide tangible insight into the people side of the deal.
It's a WIP so no charge, just soliciting feedback on value.
