SF community,

I closed an SBA 7(a) loan in December of###-###-#### Based on my research into the new stimulus package, it appears that loans made in between the two stimulus/PPP programs are "tweeners" and are ineligible for loan forgiveness. Has anyone heard otherwise, or heard of other ways for loans made during this period to become eligible?

Any feedback is appreciated!

I was also disappointed in the SBA guidance about not receiving benefits for those in between. The best chance as of now is to contact your local Representative in Congress (I have) and explain that with the way the bill was written they excluded a lot of borrowers whose only fault was not waiting 2-3 months and to amend the Economic Aid Act.
