PPM Fact Sheet Example or Template

Fellow Searchers,

I recently learned that some searchers use PPM Fact Sheet (1-page summary) when engaging with investors - in addition to PPM or prior to sharing a full PPM.

Could anyone share a template/example of PPM Fact Sheet or provide details on what's usually included in there?

Not exactly a 'fact sheet', but I included an executive summary at the front that basically covers what the PPM does in a quick summary. The four categories of fast-facts: name and basics, principal overview, financial information, and search strategy. Each category had 5-10 one-line pieces of info. What exactly goes in could probably vary based on what the searcher wants to showcase/highlight. Hope this helps!
