Potential President - Coatings Supplier (Upper Midwest)

We are looking at a coatings business in the Upper Midwest which requires a new President / GM. Ideally, a coatings / chemical / engineering background with a business-to-business focus could be a fit. We seek to potentially partner with a talented Operator to exploring purchasing and growing this business. $1MM EBITDA today, stable with good brand presence. We are in active discussions with the seller who is motivated.
