Potential partnership(s) in the Charlotte area

I’m a Senior Financial Analyst at a large bank with 15 years of corporate FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow modeling, lender relationships). I’m ready to invest up to $150K-$200K in cash to buy a business in the greater Charlotte area and serve as a hands-on fractional CFO partner (~10 hrs/wk). What I Bring: $150K–$200K cash for the purchase + immediate working capital. Experienced in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and growth planning. Fractional CFO role—I handle the numbers so you can focus on operations. What I’m Looking For: Revenue: $500K – $3M Sector:Any non-food/beverage—especially energy, electrical, HVAC, construction, logistics, or tech services supporting the data-center / AI build-out Geography: Charlotte MSA (within ~60 min drive from uptown) You: Experienced operator with some capital to invest (skin in the game is required). Ideally 3+ years operations experience in direct or related-industry. Deal Structure (Flexible): We both invest cash → shared equity - ideally your cash contribution will be much smaller than mine. You receive market salary + meaningful ownership. I fund my share 100% in cash; you fund yours with combination of cash & sweat equity with milestone targets for increased ownership.
