Hi all. I am looking to connect with lenders in the search fund space. By way of introduction, I am a second year student at Harvard Business School and the CEO of appregator.io, a venture-backed company launched in June###-###-#### Our strategy is to acquire and scale profitable software applications, with a current focus on e-commerce. Since launch, we’ve closed several deals, built a team to support the businesses, and have demonstrated strong organic growth. We currently have an active near-term pipeline and are looking to connect with lenders in the space to discuss potential financing solutions.

I would be more than happy to have a discussion. Our firm is a Commercial Loan Brokerage shop with near 500 lending partners we work with. We do a substantial amount of business acquisition financing, so I would love the chance to talk with you and see how we might be able to assist you. You can reach me here or directly at redacted Thank you.

Marc - I'd look into some of the revenue-based financing companies. Pipe is struggling so I'd be cautious there, but Capchase, Boopos & others are open to providing financing for SaaS acquisitions, and could get creative if you already have some revenue generating companies in the portfolio
