Potential Deal £3m Adjusted Operating Profit

Dear All,
We are finalising an LOI for a deal in the UK. £3m adjusted operating profit, 6.5x multiple. B2B vehicle supply to the insurance industry with a 90% annual recurring revenue under  a Master Services evergreen agreement. With a corresponding agreement to sell vehicles back to a leading manufacturer.. 100% shares, the owner is willing to move into a chairman role for a period of transiton.
