Posting an (Off Market Sale) of Business

Friends of mine is looking to sell their 30+ year business that might be of interest to some searchers here. I promised to post something here but I am not the broker nor am I making any representations. This is for intro purposes only.

Some info:

Consulting company that specializes in the inspection of exterior stone veneer, stucco, and EIFS a.k.a. Dryvit, on commercial, residential, and relocation properties. They have a nationwide network of vetted and insured subcontractors who follow their inspection protocol, and use their proprietary software to perform inspections. Their services include investigations into moisture intrusion and damage resulting from improper installation and maintenance, as well as repair monitoring and 3rd-party inspections for new construction. Located in Chicago but can be done anywhere as it's all operated remotely.

EBIDTA: $200K

@greg shugar, assuming with that amount of EBIDTA there are few if any employees? Just trying to understand a bit more about the business and if it would be a fit for me before I spend the sellers time.
