Post October 1st SBA Guideline Changes Investor Model for SBA Funded Deals

With the new SBA guideline changes that go into place on October 1st, there are rules that are specific to investor equity that will be relevant for buyers raising capital I wanted to be helpful and I put a deal model together that incorporates the guideline changes from the new SOP.
