Regardless of your political views, does anyone have insights from D.C. lobbyist on the implications favorable and unfavorable for both parties on the M&A industry, SBA, and taxes?

From an SBA perspective, both sides of the aisle have been friendly to SBA lending, so I would not expect any changes there. If there is a reduction in tax rates or the Trump era tax cuts get extended, which would continue to provide a reduction on the pass through of some income, it could work to increase values. I hope this helps. This is non political. Just stating some facts here.
