Pool Construction, Resurfacing and Maintenance

Looking to connect with anyone in the pool construction, resurfacing, or cleaning / maintenance space. Located in Florida? Even better. After acquiring my tile distribution business in 2020 I am exploring the acquisition of a pool resurfacing business in South Florida and could use some insight. I currently supply glass tile to pool builders across the country but have a unique angle to bring full glass tile pools to the masses by vertically integrating. The company works with both builders and retail customers and currently averages around 30 pools a month. My plan would be to grow to all the major pool markets overtime either organically or through a franchise model. If you are selling anything related to pool / outdoor furniture I would love to talk.

Hey. Not in the pool industry myself, however wanted to comment since you’re looking into another acquisition. Not sure if you’ve looked into financing options yet, but since this is a expansion you may be able to get a SBA loan at 0% down. I recently founded lended.ai to help borrowers with the SBA process.
