Plumbing Home Service Questions (Org Chart, Margin)

Hey Searchfunders,

I'm currently negotiating an LOI with a $3MM top line plumbing service company that only does installs and service (no new construction). I am trying to establish some vectors for opportunity with regards to margin and org chart but as you can imagine I have no hard data reference points.
