Plant Manager - Manufacturing

Seeking a full time Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement within a small parts manufacturing environment. This role is instrumental in translating strategic objectives into disciplined execution on the plant floor with full ownership of safety, quality, delivery and cost.. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, the Plant Manager will lead Lean initiatives, improve throughput and efficiency, and guide the organization through a transition from paper-based processes to a fully digital, ERP-driven operating environment. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from hourly operators to executive leadership, while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
