I had a broker tell me that pizza places should net 15% on a pizza. Can anyone verify or dispute that?

Can be a lot higher based on the two that I considered. Depending on the type of setup, be prepared to work###-###-#### hours a day, 7 days a week if you are a hands on manager. I knew I couldn't handle that so stopped looking at that type of joint.

Hello Matt should be around 1/3 rd net so thats poorly run pizza shop (possibly a good buy and easy to increase value) Check out the expenses and see what can be cut to increase value of company & cash in hand.
