Pipeline #s for Search Fund

I'm wondering if anyone has a guide to pipeline #'s for search funds? Meaning, what should a weekly / monthly / quarterly pipeline look like from the top of the funnel to the bottom? This would be # of CIMs reviewed, # of management calls # of offers, and so on. Thanks!

Rough numbers: It took me just under 2 years to purchase a company. In that time I looked at roughly 5000 companies of which 7 went to LOI with the aforementioned 1 acquisition. I was industry agnostic so at the time it was purely a numbers game
