We've been using Pipedrive for a while with mixed results. It is cheap, which is great, but rather clunky, and you have to pay for the CRM integration. It is also less complicated an managing deal flow than Excel. Do you have any advice for managing deal flow that is better than Pipedrive but still reasonably priced? We used Google Workspace for our tech stack and were wondering if there might be something that can overlay with Google Sheets of Google Drive.

A few people mentioned HubSpot in the comments. So, if you decide to upgrade from the free version, here is the post on Searchfunder's partnership to help you with that: https://www.searchfunder.com/post/searchfunder-partners-with-hubspot-for-entrepreneurs. All CRMs have pros and cons - none is perfect. Pipedrive is a good system, especially for 365 users. Pick one quick and learn it (including learning to live with limitations). I prefer Copper for Gmail integration (fastest email search, which is helpful for the return call from an owner). Zoho is also good to customize. Hubspot I have less experience with, but I understand it is a good alternative for search. Salesforce has enterprise features and security that make it less flexible and expensive, which may be important for a business but less so for a search. Pick one of these and move on.
