My name is Ramiro Daher and I work at Pioneer Capital Advisory on the independent sponsor / non-SBA financing team. The line of business that we run is focused on helping buyers that are focused on acquiring companies outside of the SBA loan program with finding financing solutions for their deals. The primary focus is on deals where the earnings profile is $2 MM of EBITDA or above, essentially companies that are too large for the SBA + conventional structure. My specific role within Pioneer in this vertical is on the transaction execution front - sourcing term sheets and helping with the fulfillment process from the time that a sponsor goes into underwriting through closing and funding.
