Hi, Im currently going through the SBA process to purchase a decent size IT Managed services provider. The Bank has essentially approved the deal 2.2Mill total price, 1.8mill CAC. What they want to move forward if someone is will to become a secondary limited guarantor to me. Would anyone be interested to coming on board for this deal?
