PhD Study: Looking for Buyers & Sellers of Small Businesses (UK / Europe / Canada)

Hi everyone, I’m Teddy Keen, a PhD researcher at Reykjavik University studying external business transfers in small non-family firms (typically 5–50 employees). I’m looking to speak with buyers or sellers who have completed a small business acquisition/sale within the past 24 months, or who are currently in the process of one, or advisors who have helped in a sale. The interview is confidential, takes 20–30 minutes, and focuses on how information and knowledge are shared (or missed) during the handover. Participants will receive a short summary of the findings, which may be useful for future acquisitions or transition planning.
