Pharmacy Deal in Florida

Can someone let me know pros and cos to purchase a pharmacy store in Florida? Is it difficult for transferring the pharmacy licenses? If any of individual searchers are interested this deal, please let me know. Cash flow is about $20K and asking price is $100K.
