I'd like to connect with people who are familiar with personal guarantee insurance. We are under LOI and our lender is asking the seller to PG (primarily due to licensing issues). We want to protect his downside.

Where are you located? To my knowledge this doesn't exist in the US for good reason - without it the business owner has little incentive to make it work. Would love to be proven wrong! I have heard it exists in other markets.
