Petition: Covid IRR Adjustment

Covid was an entirely external black swan event which set back searchers and operators in many ways. This is a petition to support the subtraction of one year from the vesting calculations for searchers who acquired before Covid.

As entrepreneurs we make the most of whatever is thrown at us, no excuses. However, we also understand that the reward for operating is vesting into ownership, and this about placing the goal line where it should be, to retain the alignment of incentives and ultimately benefit all parties.
