Pest control recent purchases EBITDA multiple

Has anyone purchased a pest control business in the past 6 months to a year? I'm looking for data on EBITDA multiples currently being observed in the industry. I've heard that they are upwards of 10x, but it has only been anecdotally lately.

(Anecdotally from my pest control operators mastermind group) Typically you’d see 3-5x customer contract revenue. Not including initial services or OTTs. Strictly contracts / service revenue.

However, I just was 1 week out closing on a deal that was 2x customer revenue (killer deal) and SBA declined the loan.
