Hi All - Long-time listener, first-time caller here. I'm in the early innings of my search. I'm interested in getting a letter of support from a lending partner and completing my PFS to set myself up for success/gain credibility with brokers. Can other searchers/lenders/advisors weigh in what to be mindful of when completing? I'm wondering to what extent it might make sense to optimize my personal BS and how to do so. I reviewed previous posts about POFs and PFSs but was unable to find guidance. Thanks!

Liquidity and real estate is the most important thing to get right. Make sure youre capturing all liabilities properly as well. Anything on your credit report has to go on there.

Honestly, it doesn’t really matter to most lenders (and I speak as a lender). Just fill it out the best you can and have supporting details if necessary. Also- would love to connect. I offer low, fixed rates on SBA loans. We were #18 in the country in sba lending last year redacted
