Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant Intern – ACG Health Group About ACG Health Group ACG Health Group is an acquisition-focused investment firm pursuing the acquisition and growth of assisted living and senior care businesses throughout the Northeastern United States. We are building a long-term platform focused on acquiring, operating, and improving healthcare businesses while delivering exceptional care and operational excellence. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant Intern to work directly alongside the Founder. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to entrepreneurship, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business development, healthcare investing, and executive operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Organize emails and maintain communication with prospective acquisition targets, advisors, lenders, and business contacts Assist with research projects related to acquisitions, healthcare, and industry trends Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal records Coordinate follow-ups with prospective sellers, investors, and strategic partners Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Founder Support special projects related to business development and company growth Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and professionalism Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools Interest in business, finance, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or mergers and acquisitions is preferred What You'll Gain Direct mentorship from the Founder Exposure to real-world acquisition and investment processes Experience working with business owners, advisors, and industry professionals Opportunity to develop skills in research, executive operations, and business strategy Hands-on experience within a growing acquisition-focused investment firm Location: Remote Company: ACG Health Group Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume and a brief introduction outlining their interest in the position.
