Percentage of local investors in a Latam Search Fund

Hi everyone!

I'm working towards raising a SF in Latam in the next months and during my contact with several seachers or ex-seachers one of the big issues that was flagged is the % of local investors requested by international investors.

Some of the seachers said that in Chile the international investors ask for at least 10% or 15% of the fund being financed by local investors. Some say 25% or more, therefore, I now have the doubt: What is the ideal % of local investor on a Search Fund in Latam? Specifically in Chile or Brazil.
