Peer-to-peer mentoring group of self funded searchers

11/8 Update: Big thanks to everyone who's reached out - humbling to see the strong response and desire of this community to share experience and succeed together! Currently working through initial calls in the order of those who've messaged me, and hope to have a group of 8-10 pulled together within the week.

Following the wisdom and advice of other searchers in the community, I'm looking to pull together a small group of 5-10 self funded searchers to serve as peer-to-peer mentoring and accountability group throughout our respective journeys. The plan is to initially meet once every two weeks with a video call and course-correct after a couple of months as necessary, and supplemented by a text chat/Whatsapp group.
