Has anyone seen an instance of leveraging solid financing to consolidate small mom pop operations with a startup in a the same industry to boost the valuation? I am a debt holder for a small B2B startup focused on monopolizing on the state comntrolled alcohol sales in ABC states. I cannot convert to equity until it reaches a $15MM valuation. I want to help it along a bit.
