Hi there! Bit of an odd question, but I'm looking for large (1,000+ employees cumulatively across all portfolio companies) private equity firms who intentionally centralize a lot of their HR and learning & development functions. Not saying those folks are necessarily hanging out on Searchfunder, per se, but if anyone knows of a firm like that and can drop their name or URL in the comments, I'd love to do some independent research on them to understand more about how they're achieving that centralization.
